The Archbishops of Canterbury and York are inviting all Christians to join a global wave of prayer between Ascension and Pentecost to pray for more people to come to know Jesus. Throughout the centuries Christians have gathered at this time to pray for the coming of the Holy Spirit. ‘Thy Kingdom Come’ picks up this tradition. Last year, Christians from over 65 denominations in 114 countries responded to this call to prayer.
Specifically, we are all invited to pray that God’s Spirit might work in the lives of 5 friends who have not responded with their ‘Yes’ to the Good News of Jesus Christ.
