Visit by our Bishops, Martyn and Guli

Our two bishops, Martyn and Guli, will be spending an evening in our deanery. This will be a tremendous opportunity to learn about the initiatives going on in Leicester Diocese, the diocesan vision and the resources available to parishes. Itwill also be an opportunity to report on what is going on in our Benefice. The evening will include light refreshments, and will be held at Beedles Lake, EastGoscote on 13th March 2019, 7.00 – 9.30 p.m. It is aimed especially for those in some form of leadership, not only PCC members, House Group and Youth leaders but also those in non-designated posts. Indeed, anyone interested and especially young people will be very welcome. Invitations will be sent to individuals in the New Year. If you might be interested in receiving an invitation please have a word with John Waddington or Marian Smith. It would be good, if possible, to have names by 10 December so as to avoid the Christmas rush. Giving your name at this stage isn’t committing you to going.
