Safeguarding Adults means helping adults at risk, who need support from community care services to keep their independence, remain safe and exercise choice in their life. Leicestershire and Rutland Safeguarding Adults Board We all have a right to live our lives free from any kind of abuse. It is recognised that particular groups of people may be more likely to experience abuse and be less able to seek advice, guidance, support and services to enable them to keep themselves safe.
